सं॰ 21/त॰क॰च॰आ॰-04/2014,सा॰प्र॰- -- की धारा-14 की उप धारा-1 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए - में संशोधन हेतु बिहार सरकार निम्नलिखित संशोधन
।- (1) यह नियमावली
- नियमावली बनाती है। 1.
कही जा सकेगी। (2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी। - - उक्त नियमावली के नियम-8 (3) को निम्नांकित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :-
- - - (ii) - (iii), (iv) (v) उक्त नियमावली के नियम-8 में उप-नियम 4 (ii) के बाद उप-नियम 4 (iii), 4 (iv) एवं 4 (v) निम्नवत जोड़ा जायेगा :-

सं॰ 21/त॰क॰च॰आ॰-04/2014,सा॰प्र॰- सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या 4687, दिनांक 18 मार्च, 2024 का निम्नलिखित अँग्रेजी अनुवाद, बिहार सरकार के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अँग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No.-21/B.T.S.C-04/2014 Ka-4687--In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section-(1) of Section-14 of "Bihar Technical Service Commission Act, 2014 (Bihar Act 13, 2014)" the Government of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment rules for amendment in "Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018". :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement (1) These Rules may be called "Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2024"3 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 18 माच(cid:91), 2024 (2) It shall extent to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come in to force from date of its notification in the Gazette. 2. Substitution of sub-rule-(3) in rule-8 of Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018 Sub Rule-3 of rule-8 shall be substitiuted of the said Rule as follows :-
" As per the prescribed provision of the post and cadre Rules, the final merit list shall be prepared by the Commission on the basis of the practical test/interview and verification of certificates, recomendation shall be sent to the requisition Department on the condition that the examination of health of the candidates shall be done essentially before issuing appointment letter." 3. Addition of sub-rule-4(iii), 4(iv) and 4(v) after sub rule-4(ii) in rule-8 of Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018 Sub rule- 4(iii), 4(iv) and 4(v) after sub rule-4(ii) shall be added in rule-8 of the said rules as follows :-
" 4(iii) Where selection is made on the basis of the marks obtained in the written examination (online/offline) and work experience and educational qualification/marks obtained for the higher qualification, for those posts of service/cadre rules, in such case 1.25 times of the candidates for the vacancy advertised, who are successful in the written examination shall be called for certificate verification and on that basis merit list shall be prepared for selection.
Provided that, in case the number of candidates is less than the number of total vacancy/1.25 times of total number in the written examination, all eligible candidates shall be called for certificate verification and on that basis merit list shall be prepared for selection. Provided also that if, the number of selected candidate in certain category is less than the total number of the advertised vacancy in that category after the verification of the certificate, more than 1.25 times eligible candidates shall be called for the certificate verification as required ."
"4(iv) Where selection is made on the basis of written examination (online/offline) and marks obtained in interview, for those posts of service/cadre rules, in such case 2.5 times of the candidates, who are successful in written examination, shall be called for certificate verification/ interview and on that basis merit list shall be prepared for selection.
Provided that, in case the number of candidates is less than the number of total vacancy/2.5 times of total number in the written examination, all eligible candidates shall be called for certificate verification/interview and on that basis merit list shall be prepared for selection. Provided also that if, the number of selected candidates in certain category is less than the total number of the advertised vacancy in that category after the certificate verification/interview, more than 2.5 times eligible candidates shall be called for the certificate verification/interview as required ."
"4(v) Where selection is made on the basis of marks obtained only in written examination (online/offline), for those posts of service/cadre rules, in such case 1.25 times of the candidates, who are successful in written examination, shall be called for certificate verification and on that basis merit list shall be prepared for selection.
Provided that, in case the number of candidates is less than the number of total vacancy/1.25 times of total number in the written examination, all eligible candidates shall be called for certificate verification and on that basis merit list shall be prepared for selection.
4 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 18 माच(cid:91), 2024Provided also that if, the number of selected candidates in certain category is less than the total number of the advertised vacancy in that category after the certificate verification, more than 1.25 times eligible candidates shall be called for the certificate verification as required ."
