जी॰एस॰आर॰ 01, दिनांक 19 मार्च, 2024--चूँकि कालाबाजारी निवारण और आवश्यक वस्तु प्रदाय अधिनियम, 1980 (1980 का अधिनियम-7) की धारा-9 के अधीन ''सलाहकार बोर्ड'' का पुनर्गठन आवश्यक है;
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 19 माच(cid:91), 2024 The 27th February 2024G.S.R. 01, Dated 19th March, 2024--Whereas, it is necessary to reconstitute the "Advisory Board" under Section–9 of the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Act 7 of 1980);
Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section–9 of the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ashutosh Kumar (Sitting Judge) as Chairman of the Advisory Board and Hon'ble Justice Mr. Gopal Prasad (Retired) and Hon'ble Justice Sri Prabhat Kumar Jha (Retired) as Members on the basis of nomination of Hon'ble Chief Justice, Patna High Court, Patna with immediate effect, and accordingly the said Board is hereby reconstituted.
