बिहार पुलिस अधिनियम, 2007 (अधिनियम-7, 2007) की धारा 55 सह-पठित धारा 94 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार पुलिस हस्तक, 1978 के परिशिष्ट-103 की कंडिका-1(च) में परन्तुक के रूप में निम्नलिखित को निर्गत होने की तिथि के प्रभाव से अन्तःस्थापित करते हैं :-
''परन्तु गोरखा सम्प्रदाय के जवानों के लिये सामान्य संवर्ग की गोरखा बटालियन बिहार विशेष सशस्त्र पुलिस-1, पटना एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति के महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित बिहार स्वाभिमान विशेष सशस्त्र पुलिस बल, बगहा को विशिष्ट मामला मानते हुये यदि आवश्यक हो तो इन बलों में नियुक्ति हेतु पृथक-पृथक विज्ञापन गृह विभाग के अनुमोदन से प्रकाशित किया जा सकेगा।
परन्तु उपर्युक्त के अतिरिक्त यदि अन्य कोई विशिष्ट वाहिनी के लिये पृथक विज्ञापन की आवश्यकता होगी, तो गृह विभाग के अनुमोदन से किया जा सकेगा।''

2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 21 माच(cid:91), 20241(f) "Proviso that special case is given to Bihar Special Armed Police-1, Patna, Gorkha battalion of general cadre for the soldiers of Gorkha community and Bihar Swabhiman Special Armed Police Force, Bagaha, reserved for women of Scheduled Tribe. Considering this, if required a separate advertisements can be published for appointment in these forces with the approval of the Home Department. But apart from the above, if separate advertisement is required for any other specific corps, then it can be done with the approval of the Home Department."
