दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना अधिनियम- 1946 (1946 का अधिनियम-25) की धारा-6 के प्रावधानों एवं इस संबंध में प्रदत शक्तियों के उपयोग हेतु बिहार के राज्यपाल दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस प्रतिष्ठान के सदस्यों को सी0बी0आई0 वाद जो साईबर टिपलाइन रिपोर्ट (सी0टी0आर) संख्या-104564766, आई0टी अधिनियम, 2000 की धारा 67-बी से संबंधित में पूरे बिहार राज्य में जाँच के लिए शक्तियाँ और अधिकार प्रदान करते हैं। सी0टी0 रिपोर्ट में उल्लेखित मोबाइल नंबर 918789741011 अनुप शंकर सहाय, पिता-श्री अदय शंकर सहाय, पता-फ्लैट नंबर-301, रघुनंदन लोक अनुग्रह नारायण सिन्हा रोड, कदमकुआं (कांग्रेस मैदान के पास), पटना, बिहार-800003 के नाम से पंजी—त है। सी0टी0 रिपोर्ट में दर्ज मोबाइल नंबर 918789741011 लाल मोहम्मद, पता-अति पिछड़ा मुस्लिम गांव, हरलाखी, मधुबनी, बिहार-847230 के नाम पर पंजी—त है। आरोप है कि उपरोक्त दोनों संदिग्ध नाबालिगों के यौन शोषण और बाल यौन शोषण सामग्री (सी0एस0ए0एम0) के संग्रह/प्रसारण/प्रकाशन, जिसमें बच्चों को स्पष्ट रूप से यौन रूप से दर्शाया गया है, में शामिल है। उपरोक्त तथ्य आई0टी0 अधिनियम, 2000 के प्रावधानों के तहत दंडनीय अपराध है।
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 19 माच(cid:91), 2024 The 4th April 2024No. 9/C.B.I-80-09/2023 HP-3864--In Pursuance of the provisions of section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishement Act, 1946(Act No- 25 of 1946) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of State of Bihar is pleased to accord consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Bihar for investigation in respect of CBI Case pertaining to Cyber Tipline Report (CTR) no. 104564766 u/s 67-B of IT Act, 2000. The mobile number +918789741011 give in CT report is registered in the name of Anup Shanker Sahay S/o Aday Shanker Sahay r/o Flat No.-301, Raghunandan Lok, Anugrah Narayan Sinha Road, Kadamkuan (Near Congress Maidan), Patna Bihar-800003. The mobile number +918789741011 given in CT report is registered in the name of Lal Mohammad r/o- Ati Pichda Muslim Village, Harlakhi, Madhubani, Bihar-847230. The allegation is that both the aforementioned suspects are involved in sexual abuse of a minors and in collection/transmission/publishing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), depicting children in sexually explicit manner. The above facts disclose commission of offences punishable under provision of IT Act, 2000.
This consent is also accorded for any other offence releted with the instant case that may come to light during the investigation of this case including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection with one or more such offences and/or any other offence(s) committed in the course of the same transaction or arising out of the same facts.
