सं॰ 7/स्था0 (अरा0 उ0)-01/2018-3805—भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल, बिहार मद्य निषेध अवर सेवा नियमावली, 2017 का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते है :-
(1) यह नियमावली "बिहार मद्य निषेध अवर सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2024 कही जा सकेगी। (2.) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3.) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. "बिहार मद्य निषेध अवर सेवा नियमावली, 2017 के नियम-11. 4(क) का विलोपन।-उक्त नियमावली के नियम-11 के उपनियम-4(क) को एतद् द्वारा विलोपित किया जाता है।

No 7/Est. (Non.U.) -01/2018/3805—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar sub-ordinate prohibition service Rules, 2017:-
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 18 िसत(cid:224)बर 2024 (3) It shall come in to force from the date of publication in the official gazette.2. Deletation of the Sub rule 4(A) of Rule 11 of Bihar sub-ordinate prohibition service Rules, 2017 - Sub rule 4(A) of Rule 11 of the said Rules, 2017 shall be omitted hereby.
