एस० ओ० 454, (cid:464)दनांक 9 अ(cid:200)तूबर 2024--(cid:464)बहार माल और सेवाकर अिधिनयम, 2017 ((cid:464)बहार अिधिनयम - 12, 2017), िजसे इस अिधसूचना म(cid:581) इसके प(cid:433)ात् उ(cid:416) अिधिनयम कहा गया है, क(cid:551) धारा 51 के साथ प(cid:464)ठत धारा 1 क(cid:551) उप-धारा (3) (cid:430)ारा (cid:292)द(cid:419) श(cid:464)(cid:416)य(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करते हुए, (cid:464)बहार रा(cid:207)यपाल, प(cid:464)रषद क(cid:551) िसफा(cid:464)रश(cid:585) के आधार पर, एतद (cid:430)ारा, वािण(cid:207)य-कर (cid:464)वभाग क(cid:551) अिधसूचना सं(cid:201)या एस० ओ० 238, (cid:464)दनांक 13 िसत(cid:224)बर, 2018 िजसे (cid:464)बहार गजट असाधारण अंक सं(cid:201)या 847, (cid:464)दनांक 13 िसत(cid:224)बर, 2018, (cid:430)ारा (cid:292)कािशत (cid:464)कया गया था, म(cid:581) िन(cid:224)निलिखत और संशोधन करते ह(cid:583), अथा(cid:91)त्:-
उ(cid:416) अिधसूचना म(cid:581),- i( ) (cid:292)(cid:464)व(cid:464)(cid:436) (ग) के प(cid:433)ात् और (cid:292)थम पर(cid:219)तुक के पूव(cid:91), िन(cid:224)निलिखत (cid:292)(cid:464)व(cid:464)(cid:436) अंतः(cid:232)था(cid:464)पत क(cid:551) जाएंगी,-
"(घ) कोई भी पंजीकृ त (cid:229)य(cid:464)(cid:416) जो अ(cid:219)य (cid:464)कसी पंजीकृ त (cid:229)य(cid:464)(cid:416) से,सीमा शु(cid:227)क टै(cid:464)रफ अिधिनयम, 1975 (1975 का 51) क(cid:551) (cid:292)थम अनुसूची म(cid:581) अ(cid:218)याय 72 से 81 के अ(cid:219)तग(cid:91)त आने वाले, धातु (cid:232)(cid:272)ै प क(cid:551) आपूित(cid:91) (cid:292)ा(cid:431) करता है";
i i( ) तीसरे परं तुक के (cid:232)थान पर, िन(cid:224)निलिखत परं तुक (cid:292)ित(cid:232)था(cid:464)पत (cid:464)कया जाएगा, -
"परं तु (cid:464)क इस अिधसूचना म(cid:581) कोई भी बात, उ(cid:416) अिधिनयम क(cid:551) धारा 51 क(cid:551) उपधारा (1) के खंड (क), (ख), (ग) और (घ) के अंतग(cid:91)त, इस अिधसूचना के खंड (घ) को छोड़कर, िन(cid:464)द(cid:91)(cid:436) एक (cid:229)य(cid:464)(cid:416) से दूसरे (cid:229)य(cid:464)(cid:416) के बीच होने वाल(cid:547) व(cid:232)तुओं या सेवाओं या दोन(cid:585) क(cid:551) आपूित(cid:91) पर लागू नह(cid:547)ं होगी।" 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 9 अ(cid:416)ूबर, 2024 9 अक्टूबर 2024 एस॰ ओ॰ 454, दिनांक 9 अक्तूबर 2024 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

The 9th October 2024
S.O. 454, Date the 9th October 2024-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 1 read with section 51 of the the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No. S.O. 238, dated 13th September, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 847, dated 13th September, 2018, namely:-
In the said notification,
(i) after clause (c) and before the first proviso, the following clause shall be inserted,-
"(d) any registered person receiving supplies of metal scrap falling under Chapters 72 to 81 in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), from other registered person";
(ii) for the third proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely-
"Provided also that nothing in this notification shall apply to the supply of goods or services or both, which takes place between one person to another person specified under clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 51 of the said Act, except the person referred to in clause (d) of this notification."
