सं॰ 21/बी॰पी॰एस॰सी॰(स्था॰)-10/2022,सा॰प्र॰16939—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-318 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल, बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग (सेवा की शर्त्तें) विनियमावली, 1960 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं :-
संशोधन
बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग (सेवा की शर्त्तें) विनियमावली, 1960 के विनियम-8 को निम्नवत्
प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :-
"यदि अध्यक्ष छुट्टी पर या अन्यथा अनुपस्थित रहे, तो वरिष्ठतम सदस्य, अध्यक्ष के प्रशासनिक
कर्त्तव्यों का प्रभार धारण कर सकेगा, और ऐसी अवधि में उसे रु0 15,000/- (पन्द्रह हजार रूपये)
प्रतिमाह विशेष वेतन दिया जा सकेगा। उक्त विशेष वेतन प्रभार अवधि के अनुपातिक रूप से अनुमान्य
की जा सकेगी। "

सं॰ 21/बी॰पी॰एस॰सी॰(स्था॰)-10/2022,सा॰प्र॰ 16940 सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या 16939 दिनांक 18.10.2024 का निम्नलिखित अँग्रेजी अनुवाद, बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अँग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। 2 ;बपकरू464द्ध ;द्धए 21 ;बपकरू200द्ध 2024 The 18th October 2024 No.-21/B.P.S.C.(Stha.)-10/2022, Gad/16939—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 318 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in the Bihar Public Service Commission(Conditions of Service) Regulation, 1960 as follows:-
AMENDMENT
Regulation 8 of the Bihar Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1960, shall be substituted as follows:-
"When the Chairman is absent on leave or otherwise, the senior-most Member may held current charge of the administrative duties of the Chairman and be allowed a special pay of Rs 15,000/- (fifteen thousand rupees) per month during such period. The said special pay shall be admissible proportionately to the charge period. "
