S.O. 498 Date 22 November 2024— In exercise of the powers conferred by section- 8 and 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act. No.-46 of 2023) the State Government of Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, designates the Courts of the following District and Additional Sessions Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Ist class as Special Courts for trial of cases instituted under Economic Offences Police Station, Bihar, Patna:-
