III भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक
द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल
में संशोधन हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते है :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ। -(1) यह नियमावली ''
'' कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. बिहार उपभोक्ता फोरम आशुटंकक संवर्ग (भर्त्ती एवं सेवाशर्त्ते) नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-6 का प्रतिस्थापन-उक्त नियमावली का नियम-6 निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :-
6. परिवीक्षा अवधि-आयोग के अनुशंसा के आधार पर सीधी भर्त्ती से नियुक्त सरकारी सेवक 01 (एक) वर्ष तक परिवीक्षा पर रहेंगे। परिवीक्षा अवधि में सेवा संतोषजनक नहीं रहने पर परिवीक्षा अवधि को 01 (एक) और वर्ष के लिए विस्तारित किया जा सकेगा। विस्तारित अवधि में भी सेवा संतोषजनक नहीं रहने पर सेवा समाप्त की जा सकेगी।

2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 27 नवम् बर, 2024 1. Short title, extent and commencement- (1) These Rules may be called the''Bihar Consumer Forum Steno-Typist Cadre (recruitment and service conditions) (Amendment ) Rule,2024"
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the gazette.
2. Substitution of Rules 6 of Bihar Consumer Forum Steno-Typist Cadre (recruitment and service conditions) Rule, 2014 - The Rule 6 of the said Rules shall be substituted by the following :–
6. Probation Period:- The government servant appointed to the service on the recommendation of the Commission will be on probation for 01 (one) year. The probation period may be extended for 01(one) more year, if the service is not satisfactory during the probation period. If the service is not satisfactory even in the extended period, the service may be terminated.
