laŒ खाद्य (निदे0)/प्र0 III-96/2024&5097 खाद्य—भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल
में संशोधन हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते है :-

2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 28 नव(cid:224)बर 2024The 26th November 2024 No. Food (Dire)Pra-III -96/2024-5097/Food.—In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rule to amend the ''Bihar Consumer Forum Clerical Cadre (recruitment and service conditions) Rules, 2014"
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—
(1) These Rules may be called the''Bihar Consumer Forum Clerical Cadre (recruitment and service conditions) (Amendment) Rule, 2024"
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette.
2. Substitution of Rules 9 of Bihar Consumer Forum Clerical Cadre (recruitment and service conditions) Rule, 2014- The Rule 9 of the said Rules shall be substituted by the following :–
9. Probation Period.—The government servant appointed to the service on the recommendation of the Commission will be on probation for 01 (one) year. The probation period may be extended for 01(one) more year, if the service is not satisfactory during the probation period. If the service is not satisfactory even in the extended period, the service may be terminated.
