अधिसूचना 3 fnlEcj 2024 एस0ओ0 499, दिनांक 3 दिसमबर 2024—बंगाल, आगरा एवं आसाम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का अधिनियम सं0-XII) की धारा-13 की उप धारा (1) एवं धारा-14 की उपधारा (1) तथा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का अधिनियम सं0-46) की धारा-8 की उपधारा-(3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व आदेशों एवं अधिसूचनाओं के उपान्तरण में बिहार राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं कि-
(क) अरवल जिला के स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उद्भूत मामलों को निपटाने के लिये जहानाबाद न्यायमंडल के जिला एवं अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश के दो न्यायालय अब अरवल में बैठेंगे। (ख) यह अधिसूचना दिनांक-07 दिसम्बर, 2024 से प्रभावी होगा। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 3 (cid:464)दस(cid:224)बर 2024 3 fnlEcj 2024 एस0ओ0 499, दिनांक 3 दिसमबर 2024 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 3rd December 2024 S.O. 499, dated 3rd December 2024— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section-14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act No.-XII of 1887) and Sub-section (3) of Section-8 of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act. No.-46 of 2023) and in modification of all the previous orders and notifications issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that-
(a) Two Courts of District and Additional Sessions Judge of Jehanabad Judgeship shall now hold their sittings at Arwal for the disposal of such cases as may arise within the local limits of Arwal District.
(b) This Notification shall come into force with effect from 07th December, 2024.
