एस0 ओ0-515, दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर 2024—न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 11) की धारा-27 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं अनिधियम की धारा 5 की उपधारा 1 (b) की अपेक्षानुसार बिहार राज्यपाल अनुसूचित नियोजनों में निम्न नियोजनों को जोड़े जाने की घोषणा करते है।
1. सरकारी कार्यालयों में आउटसोर्सिंग के माध्यम से कार्यरत कर्मी। 2. गिग वर्कर्स (प्लेटफॉर्म एवं गैर प्लेटफॉर्म आधारित। 3. चीनी उद्योग में आउटसोर्सिंग के माध्यम से कार्यरत कामगार।
एतद् द्वारा प्रारूप अधिसूचना के गजट प्रकाशन की तिथि से तीन माह की अवधि भी निर्धारित करते है, जिस अवधि में इससे प्रभावित होने वाले सभी व्यक्ति अपना आपत्ति एवं सुझाव समर्पित कर सकते है। यदि कोई आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव हो तो उसे श्रमायुक्त बिहार को अथवा [email protected] पर ई-मेल से भेजा जाएगा। किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा दिये गये आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव को उपर्युक्त अंकित अवधि के पश्चात् राज्य सरकार द्वारा विचारित किया जाएगा।

एस0ओ0-516, दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर 2024 का अँग्रेजी भाषा में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अँग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 31 (cid:464)दस(cid:224)बर 2024 The 23rd December 2024 S.O. 515, Date 31st December 2024—In exercise of the powers conferred by section -27 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (XI of 1948) and required under sub section-1(b) of section 5 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to introduce following new categories in scheduled employments.
1. Employees employed in government offices on outsourcing basis. 2. Gig Workers(Platform and Non Platform workers). 3. Employees employed in sugar industries on outsourcing basis. The period of three months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette is also decided herewith, during this period the persons affected or likely to be effected can submit their objections or suggestions. If there is any objections or suggestions can be submitted to Labour Commissioner, Bihar or can be sent on [email protected] through email. The objections or suggestions will be considered by the State government after the expiry of period of three month.
