लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग ———

—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों

(1) यह नियमावली, ''बिहार राज्य लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग के अंचलीय स्तर पर पम्प ऑपरेटर एवं इलेक्ट्रीशियन (भर्त्ती एवं सेवा शर्त्तें) (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2024'' कही जा सकेगी।

(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्णं बिहार राज्य में लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग के मुफस्सिल कार्यालयों तक रहेगा।

(3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

(ii) - उक्त नियमावली के

नियम-02 के उप नियम-(ii) को निम्न रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः- "(ii) ''आयोग'' से अभिप्रेत है, ''बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग।"

( ) - उक्त नियमावली के

नियम-05 के उप नियम-(1) को निम्न रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः- " - सभी नयी भर्त्ती बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग के अनुशंसा पर, पम्प ऑपरेटर एवं इलेक्ट्रीशियन की मूल कोटि में की जायेगी।" 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 13 जनवर(cid:547) 2025

सं॰ 3/विविध-10101/2013-23, विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या 22, दिनांक10 जनवरी 2025 के तहत निर्गत ''बिहार राज्य लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग के अचंलीय स्तर पर पम्प ऑपरेटर/इलेक्ट्रीशियन (भर्त्ती एवं सेवा शर्त्तें) (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2024'' का निम्नलिखित अँगे्रजी अनुवाद, बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से, एतत्‌ द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जो भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अंतर्गत, उक्त नियमावली का अँगे्रजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 10th January 2024 No-3/Misc.-10101/2013-22— In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to Article-309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following Rules for amendment in Public Health Engineering Circle Level Pump Operator/Electricion Cadre (Recruitment and Service conditions) rules 2014:-

1. Short title, extent and commencement :-

(1) These Rules may be called as Bihar Public Health Engineering Circle Level Pump Operator/Electricion Cadre (Recruitment and Service conditions) (Amendment) Rules, 2024''.

(2) It Shall extend and be effective equally on all the Mufassil Offices under Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar.

(3) It Shall come into force from the date of publication in the official Gazette.

2. Substitution in the Sub-rule (ii) of Rule-02 of Public Health Engineering Circle Level Pump Operator/Electricion Cadre (Recruitment and Service conditions) rules 2014:- Sub-rule (ii) of Rule-02 of the said rules shall be substituted by the following- (ii) " Commission" means the "Bihar Technical Service Commission."

3. Substitution in the Sub-rule (1) of Rule-05 of Public Health Engineering Circle Level Pump Operator/Electricion Cadre (Recruitment and Service conditions) rules 2014.—Sub-rule (1) of Rule-05 of the said rules shall be substituted by the following: "(1) Process of Recruitment.— All fresh recruitments shall be made in the basic category of pump operator/electrician separately, on the recommendation of the Bihar Technical Service Commission."
