एस0ओ0 59, दिनांक 24 फरवरी 2025—बंगाल, आगरा एवं आसाम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम 1887 (अधिनियम-XII, वर्ष 1887) की धारा-13 की उपधारा-(1) एवं धारा-14 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व अधिसूचनाओं एवं आदेशों का उपान्तरण करते हुए, बिहार के राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं किः-
(क) सिवान जिलान्तर्गत महाराजगंज अनुमंडल में असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि) का एक न्यायालय एवं असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि) का एक न्यायालय स्थापित किया जायेगा,
(ख) महाराजगंज अनुमंडल के असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि) के न्यायालय एवं असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि) के न्यायालय की अधिकारिता सिवान जिले के महाराजगंज अनुमंडल की सम्पूर्ण स्थानीय सीमायें रहेंगी,
(ग) महाराजगंज अनुमंडल के असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि) का न्यायालय एवं असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि) का न्यायालय महाराजगंज में बैठेगा।
(घ) यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 25 फरवरी, 2025 से प्रभावी होगी।
(सं0सं0-ए/एक्ट-08/2000-1274/जे0) 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 24 फरवर(cid:547) 2025 24 Qjojh 2025 एस0ओ0 59, दिनांक 24 फरवरी 2025 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 24th February 2025
S.O. 59 dated 24th February 2025—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of all the previous notifications and orders issued on the subject, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-
(a) One Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) and One Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) of Maharajganj Sub-division in the district of Siwan shall be established at Maharajganj;
(b) The Jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) and the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) of Maharajganj sub-division shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Maharajganj in the District of Siwan;
(c) The Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) and the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) of Maharajganj sub-division shall hold its sittings at Maharajganj.
(d) This Notification shall come into force with effect from the 25th February, 2025
