——— vf/klwpuk 28 फरवरी 2025 सं0 IV/M1-1-4/2025-943—रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 की धारा-78 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल 45वी वाहिनी, सशस्त्र सीमा बल, वीरपुर, सुपौल मेें केन्द्रीय विद्यालय के भवन निर्माण हेतु 05 एकड़ भूमि 99 वर्षों के लिए लीज पर एवं केन्द्रीय विद्यालय, ए0एफ0एस0, पूर्णियाँ के भवन निर्माण हेतु 12.91 एकड़ भूमि को 99 वर्षों के लिए केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संगठन को लीज पर अंतरित किये जाने संबंधी दस्तावेज के निबंधन पर प्रभार्य निबंधन शुल्क का शत-प्रतिशत छूट प्रदान करते हैं। 2. भविष्य में नये केन्द्रीय विद्यालयों के निर्माण संबंधी प्रस्ताव शिक्षा विभाग की सहमति एवं समाहर्त्ता की अनुशंसा के साथ प्राप्त होने पर वित्त विभाग की सहमति प्राप्त कर निबंधन शुल्क में शत-प्रतिशत छूट की सहमति विभाग (मद्य निषेध, उत्पाद एवं निबंधन विभाग) द्वारा प्रदान की जायगी।
3. यह तुरन्त के प्रभाव से प्रवृत होगा।
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 4 माच(cid:91) 2025 The 28th February 2025No. IV/M1-1-4/2025-943—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-78 of the Registration Act, 1908, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to exempt fully of registration fee chargeable on registration of document related to transfer of 05 acres of land for construction of Kendriya Vidyalaya building at 45th Battalion Sashastra Seema Bal, Veerpur, Supaul on lease for 99 years and 12.91 acres of land for 99 years for construction of Kendriya Vidyalaya, AFS, Purnia.
2. Department of Prohibition, Excise & Registration has been empowered by the government to provide 100% exemption on registration fee for construction of new kendriya vidyalay on receipt of proposals with prior consent of the Education Department and on the recommendation of the Collector, after obtaining the consent of the Finance Department. 3. It shall come into force with immediate effect.
