सं॰ 7/स्था॰(4) लिपिक 05/2019 -926(नि॰)--भारतीय संविधान अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये बिहार के राज्यपाल ''बिहार पशुपालन निदेशालय (पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन विभाग) के अधीन लिपिक संवर्ग (भर्ती एवं सेवा शर्तें) नियमावली, 2014'' में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नांकित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. सक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ। -
(1) यह नियमावली ''पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन विभाग (पशुपालन) के अधीनस्थ क्षेत्राीय कार्यालयों के (लिपिकीय) संवर्ग (भर्ती प्रोन्नति एवं अन्य सेवा शर्ते) संशोधन नियमावली 2025'' कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा तथा पशुपालन निदेशालय (पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन विभाग) के सभी अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों पर समान रूप से लागू होगी।
(3) यह राजपत्रा में प्रकाशित होने के तुरंत से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. बिहार पशुपालन निदेशालय (पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन विभाग) के अधीन लिपिक संवर्ग (भर्ती एवं सेवा शर्त्ते) नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-3 का प्रतिस्थापन।- उक्त नियमावली के नियम-3 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-

No. 7/Astha(4) Lipik 05/2019-926(नि॰)--In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar makes the following Rules for amending "the Clerical Cadre (Recruitment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2014 under the Directorate of Animal Husbandry (Department of Animal and Fisheries Resources)" :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement :-
(1) The Rules may be called "the Clerical Cadre (Recruitment, Promotion and Other Service Conditions) Amendment Rules, 2025 of the Regional Offices subordinate to the Department of Animal and Fisheries Resources (Animal Husbandry)".
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar and shall apply equally to all the subordinate offices of the Directorate of Animal Husbandry (Department of Animal and Fisheries Resources).
(3) It shall come into force immediately on publication in official Gazette.
2. Substitution of Rule-3 of the Clerical Cadre Recruitment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2014 under the Bihar Animal Husbandry Directorate (Department of Animal and Fisheries Resources)-The Rule-3 of the said Rules is substituted by the following :-
