एस0ओ0 62, दिनांक 12 मार्च 2025—बंगाल, आगरा एवं आसाम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का अधिनियम सं0-XII) की धारा-13 की उप धारा (1) एवं धारा-14 की उपधारा (1) तथा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का अधिनियम सं0-46) की धारा-8 की उपधारा-(3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व आदेशों एवं अधिसूचनाओं के उपान्तरण में बिहार राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं कि-
(क) दरभंगा जिला के बिरौल अनुमंडल की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उद्भूत मामलों को निपटाने के लिये दरभंगा न्यायमंडल के जिला एवं अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश का एक न्यायालय अब बिरौल में बैठेगा। (ख) यह अधिसूचना दिनांक-22 मार्च, 2025 से प्रभावी होगी। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 12 माच(cid:91) 2025 12 ekpZ 2025 एस0ओ0 62, दिनांक 12 मार्च 2025 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 12th March 2025
S.O.62 dated The 12th March 2025— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section-14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act No.-XII of 1887) and Sub-section (3) of Section-8 of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act. No.-46 of 2023) and in modification of all the previous orders and notifications issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that-
(a) One Court of District and Additional Sessions Judge of Darbhanga Judgeship shall now hold its sittings at Biraul for the disposal of such cases as may arise within the local limits of Biraul Sub-Division of Darbhanga District.
(b) This Notification shall come into force with effect from the 22nd March, 2025.
