सं॰ 12/चक0 मु॰ (26-क)-02/2016/256—बिहार जोत समेकन एवं खण्डकरण निवारण

अधिनियम 1956 (बिहार अधिनियम 22, 1956) की धारा 26(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए

बिहार राज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा यह घोषित करते हैं कि नए नक्शों और अभिलेख तैयार कर लिये जाने और

समेकन स्कीम के अधीन रैयतों को अन्तरण प्रमाण पत्र जारी किये जाने के उपरांत इस अधिसूचना की

तिथि से इससे सम्बद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित ईकाईयों (ग्रामों) में जो उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3(1) के अधीन

अधिसूचित है, की समेकन संक्रियाएं बन्द की जाती है।

सं॰ 12/चक0 मु॰ (26-क)-02/2016/256 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार

राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के

खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No. 12/चक0 मु॰ (26-क)-02/2016/256— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(A) of Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956 (Bihar Act XXII 1956) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to declare that on preparation of new maps and records and on issue of certificate of transfer to the Raiyats under the scheme the consolidation scheme is being closed with effect from date of this notification in the units (Villages) described in the schedule annexed here to which were notified under section 3(1) of the said Act for consolidation of holdings.
