संւ 15/बि॰स॰से॰-29-01/2024- /सा॰प्र॰—बिहार सचिवालय सेवा अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 03, 2008) की धारा-19 की उपधारा (1) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अधीन निर्मित बिहार सचिवालय सेवा नियमावली, 2010 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनायी जाती हैः-
(i) यह नियमावली ''बिहार सचिवालय सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2025 कही जा सकेगी।'' (ii) इसका विस्तार बिहार राज्य सरकार के सचिवालय के विभागों तथा संलग्न कार्यालयों तक सीमित रहेगा।
(iii) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी।
उक्त नियमावली के साथ संलग्न परिशिष्ट-1 में क्रम संख्या-64 के बाद क्रम संख्या-65 से 66 निम्नवत् अन्तःस्थापित किया जाता हैः-
-उद्यान निदेशालय (कृषि विभाग)। -कृषि विपणन निदेशालय (कृषि विभाग)।

2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 24 माच(cid:91) 2025The 21sMarch 2025 No -15/B.S.S.-29-01/2024-5208/G.A.D—In Exercise of powers conferred upon by sub clause (1) of article 19 of Bihar Secretariat Services Act 2007 (Bihar Act 3, 2008) Govt. of Bihar makes the following rule to amend, the Bihar Secretariat Services Rule, 2010 -
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement .—
(i) This rule may be called is "Bihar Secretariat Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025" (ii) It shall extend to the Secretariat Departments of Bihar State Govt. and its attached offices.
(iii) It shall come into force at once.
2. Insertion in Appendix-1 of Bihar Secretariat Services rule, 2010 - In Appendix-1 to the said rules, sl. no.-65 to 66 are inserted after sl no.-64 as follows - "65 –Horticulture Directorate (Agriculture Department) 66 –Agricultural Marketing Directorate (Agriculture Department)"
