एस0ओ0 63, दिनांक 25 मार्च 2025—बंगाल, आगरा एवं आसाम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम 1887 (अधिनियम-XII, वर्ष 1887) की धारा-13 की उपधारा-(1) एवं धारा-14 की उपधारा (1) तथा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का अधिनियम-46) की धारा-9 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व अधिसूचनाओं एवं आदेशों का उपान्तरण करते हुए, बिहार के राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं किः-
(क) समस्तीपुर जिलान्तर्गत पटोरी अनुमंडल में अनुमंडल न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] का एक न्यायालय एवं न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] का एक न्यायालय स्थापित किया जायेगा,
(ख) पटोरी अनुमंडल के अनुमंडल न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] के न्यायालय एवं न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] के न्यायालय की अधिकारिता समस्तीपुर जिले के पटोरी अनुमंडल की सम्पूर्ण स्थानीय सीमायें रहेंगी,
(ग) पटोरी अनुमंडल के अनुमंडल न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] का न्यायालय एवं न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] का न्यायालय पटोरी में बैठेगा।
(घ) यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 29 मार्च, 2025 से प्रभावी होगी। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 25 माच(cid:91) 2025 21 ekpZ 2025 एस0ओ0 63, दिनांक 25 मार्च 2025 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 21st March 2025
S.O. 63 dated The 25TH March 2025— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and Sub-section (1) of Section-9 of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act. No.-46 of 2023) and in modification of all the previous notifications and orders issued on the subject, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-
(a) One Court of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] and One Court of Judicial Magistrate [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Patori Sub-division in the district of Samastipur shall be established at Patori;
(b) The Jurisdiction of the Court of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] and the Court of Judicial Magistrate [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Patori sub-division shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Patori in the District of Samastipur;
(c) The Court of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] and the Court of Judicial Magistrate [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Patori sub-division shall hold its sittings at Patori.
(d) This Notification shall come into force with effect from the 29th March, 2025
