——— vf/klwpuk 25 ekpZ 2025 सं॰ —गृह विभाग (विषेष शाखा) की अधिसूचना संख्या- एस॰ओ॰-12501, दिनांक-20.12.2024 के अनुक्रम में राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम-1980 (सं॰-65/1980) की धारा-3 की उपधारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि सभी जिला दण्डाधिकारी दिनांक-01.04.2025 से दिनांक-30.06.2025 तक अगले तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए उपर्युक्त धारा की उपधारा-(2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग अपने क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में कर सकेंगे।

सं॰ का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌ द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खंड-3 के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 26 माच(cid:91) 2025

The 25th March 2025 No.- J/DE-Misc-15/2021-3460/C—In continuation of Home (Special) Department, Notification No.-12501, dated-20.12.2024 in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of the section-3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No.-65/1980), the State Government has been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of Bihar shall exercise the powers conferred by sub section (2) of the said section within the local limits of their jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01.04.2025 to 30.06.2025.
