एस0ओ0 68, दिनांक 7 अप्रील 2025—भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का अधिनियम सं0-46) की धारा-8 एवं 9 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्य सरकार, उच्च न्यायालय, पटना के परामर्श से, विधि विभागीय अधिसूचना सं0-7511 दिनांक- 22.11.2024, के उपांतरण में आर्थिक अपराध थाना, बिहार, पटना में दर्ज मामलों के विचारण के लिए श्री आसिफ नवाज, असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि) के न्यायालय के स्थान पर श्रीमती प्रियंका यादव, न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी, प्रथम श्रेणी-सह-अपर असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि), पटना के न्यायालय को विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अभिहित करती है।
(2) इस संदर्भ में पूर्व निर्गत विभागीय अधिसूचना सं0-7511 दिनांक-22.11.2024 को इस हद तक संशोधित किया जाता है।
(3) यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
(सं0सं0-ए0/एक्ट0-05/2017/2250/जे0) 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 7 अ(cid:292)ील 2025 4 vizhy 2025 एस0ओ0 68, दिनांक 7 अप्रील 2025 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 4st April 2025
S.O. 68 dated The 7th April 2025— In exercise of the powers conferred by section-8 and 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act. No.-46 of 2023) the State Government of Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, in modification of the Law Departmental Notification No.-7511 dated-22.11.2024, designates the Courts of Smt. Priyanka Yadav, Judicial Magistrate, Ist class-cum-Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Patna in place of Shri Asif Nawaz, Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) as Special Court for trial of cases instituted under Economic Offences Police Station, Bihar, Patna.
(2) The Departmental Notification No.-7511 dated-22.11.2024, already issued in this context, is amended to this extent.
(3) This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
