सं॰ एल॰जी॰-01-05/2025-2282/लेज।—बिहार विधान मंडल द्वारा यथापारित निम्नलिखित अधिनियम, जिसपर माननीय राज्यपाल दिनांक 4 अप्रैल, 2025 को अनुमति दे चुके हैं, इसके द्वारा सर्व-साधारण की सूचना के लिये प्रकाशित किया जाता है ।

भारत गणराज्य के छिहत्तरवें वर्ष में बिहार राज्य विधानमण्डल द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः-
(1) यह अधिनियम बिहार सहकारी सोसाइटी (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2025 कहा जा सकेगा। (2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

''बिहार स्वावलम्बी सहकारी समिति अधिनियम, 1996 के अधीन निबंधित समितियाँ, जो बिहार ग्रामीण जीविकोपार्जन प्रोत्साहन समिति द्वारा गठित एवं संपोशित हैं, वैसे समितियों को इस अधिनियम के अधीन निबंधित सम्बद्धक समिति का सदस्य बनाया जा सकेगा। इस अधिनियम के किसी अन्य प्रावधान अथवा बिहार स्वावलम्बी सहकारी समिति अधिनियम, 1996 या निर्मित नियमावली या निर्गत आदेश अथवा उपविधियों में वर्णित किसी प्रतिकूल या असंगत बात के होने पर भी इस उपधारा के प्रावधानों का अधिभावी प्रभाव होगा।''

4 अप्रील 2025 को अनुमत (बिहार अधिनियम 03, 2025) का निम्नलिखित अँग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जिसे भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उक्त अधिनियम का अँग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा ।

[Bihar Act 03, 2025] Bihar Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2025 AN ACT To amend the Bihar Co-operative SocietiesAct, 1935 (Act VI, 1935).
Be it enacted by the Bihar State Legislature in the seventy-sixth year of the Republic of India as follows:
1. Short title, extent and commencement.-
(1) This Act may be called the "Bihar Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2025".
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Addition of a new Section 11C after Section 11B of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935 (Act VI, 1935).—In the said Act after section 11B a new Section 11C shall be added as follows; namely
"Co-operative Societies formed and sponsored by Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society registered under the Bihar Self Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 1996 may become the member of an affiliating society under this Act, Notwithstanding anything contrary or inconsistent contained in any other3 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 9 अ(cid:292)ील 2025 provisions of this Act or the Bihar Self Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 1996 or rules framed thereunder or bye-laws of any registered society or orders issued thereunder, the provision of this sub-section shall have overriding effect."
