एस० ओ० 81, (cid:464)दनांक 24 अ(cid:292)ील 2025— (cid:464)बहार माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम] 2017 ((cid:464)बहार अिधिनयम- 12, 2017) क(cid:551) धारा 168 के साथ प(cid:464)ठत धारा 37 क(cid:551) उपधारा (1) के (cid:292)थम परं तुक (cid:430)ारा (cid:292)द(cid:419) श(cid:464)(cid:416)य(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करते हुए, आयु(cid:416), प(cid:464)रषद क(cid:551) िसफा(cid:464)रश(cid:585) पर, वािण(cid:207)य-कर (cid:464)वभाग क(cid:551) अिधसूचना सं(cid:201)या एस० ओ० 206 (cid:464)दनांक 23.12.2020, िजसे (cid:464)बहार गजट असाधारण अंक सं० 970 (cid:464)दनांक 23.12.2020 (cid:430)ारा (cid:292)कािशत (cid:464)कया गया था, म(cid:581) िन(cid:224)निलिखत और संशोधन करते ह(cid:583), अथा(cid:91)त्:-
उ(cid:416) अिधसूचना म(cid:581) पांचव(cid:581) परं तुक के प(cid:433)ात िन(cid:224)निलिखत परं तुक अंतः(cid:232)था(cid:464)पत (cid:464)कया जाएगा, अथा(cid:91)त्:-
"परं तु यह भी (cid:464)क उ(cid:416) अिधिनयम क(cid:551) धारा 39 क(cid:551) उपधारा (1) के अधीनकर अविध (cid:464)दसंबर, 2024 के िलए (cid:464)ववरणी (cid:292)(cid:232)तुत करने हेतु अपेि(cid:162)त पंजीकृ त (cid:229)य(cid:464)(cid:416)य(cid:585) के िलए उ(cid:416) िनयम(cid:585) के (cid:292)(cid:510)प जीएसट(cid:547)आर-1 म(cid:581) जावक आपूित(cid:91)य(cid:585) का (cid:222)यौरा (cid:292)(cid:232)तुत करने क(cid:551) समय-सीमा माह जनवर(cid:547), 2025 के तेरहवे (cid:464)दन तक बढ़ाई जाएगी और उन 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 24 अ(cid:292)ील 2025 2. यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 10 जनवरी, 2025 के प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होगी। [(सं०सं० (cid:464)ब(cid:272)(cid:551)-कर/जीएसट(cid:547)/(cid:464)व(cid:464)वध-21/2017 (खंड-20)1756)]

एस॰ ओ॰ 81, दिनांक 24 अप्रील 2025 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

The 22nd April 2025
S.O. 81, Dated The 24th April 2025—In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 37 read with section 168 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (Bihar Act 12, 2017) , the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Commercial Taxes Department notification no. S.O. 206 Dated 23.12.2020, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide no. 970, dated 23.12.2020, namely:–
In the said notification, after the fifth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
"Provided also that the time limit for furnishing the details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 of the said rules for the registered persons required to furnish return under sub-section (1) of section 39 of the said Act for the tax period December, 2024, shall be extended till the thirteenth day of January, 2025 and for the registered persons who are required to furnish return under proviso of the said sub-section, for the tax period October to December, 2024, shall be extended till the fifteenth day of January, 2025."
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 10th day of January 2025.
