2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 29 अ(cid:292)ील 2025 The 25th April 2025No.- 09/न॰वि॰मा॰प्लान (राष्ट्रीय मार्ग)-01/2025-4561—In order to bring clarity to the approval of petrol pumps, filling stations, etc. in municipal areas under Patna Master Plan-2031, the following provision is hereby added at the end of Clause-1 of the Notification No. 4512, Dated 29.08.2023 of the Urban Development & Housing Department:-
"Provided also that in the municipal areas under the Patna Master Plan-2031, in the light of the provision mentioned in Table-7 under Byelaw-34 of Bihar Building Byelaws, 2014 (Amendment, 2022), permission for approval of petrol pumps, filling stations, etc. on plots situated in front of 12.20 metre or 40 feet wide road will remain effective as before."
2. The remaining provisions of the Departmental Notification No. 4512, Dated 29.08.2023 will remain the same.
