—बिहार विशेष सर्वेक्षण एवं बन्दोबस्त अधिनियम, 2011 (बिहार अधिनियम 24, 2011) (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) की धारा-28 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार एतद्संबंधी बिहार विशेष सर्वेक्षण एवं बन्दोबस्त (यथा संशोधित) नियमावली, 2012 का संशोधन करते हुए निम्नलिखित संशोधन नियमावली बनाती हैः-
(1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार विशेष सर्वेक्षण एवं बन्दोबस्त (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2025'' कही जा सकेगी। (2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 30 अ(cid:292)ील 2025Revenue and Land Reforms Department. ——— Notification The 25th April 2025 The Bihar Special Survey and Settlement (Amendment) Rules, 2025 No.-03/Bhu.A Ni (6) Special Survey (Rule)-20/2024-156(8)/Ra.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 24, 2011) (as amended from time to time), the State Government hereby makes the following Amendment Rules to amend the Bihar Special Survey and Settlement (as amended) Rules, 2012:- 1. Short title, extent and commencement.-
(1) These rules may be called "The Bihar Special Survey and Settlement (Amendment) Rules, 2025."
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It Shall come into force from the date of Publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Sub-rule (V) shall be added after sub rule (iv) of sub rule 3 (b) of Rule 9 The Bihar Special Survey and Settlement (as Amended) Rules, 2012 :-
"Rule 9 (3) (b) (v) :- Exchange- Exchange of a piece of land done on the basis of mutual verbal consent between two land holders (Raiyats) which has been implemented earlier and at present, both the land holders have also mutual peaceful possession on the exchanged land and written consent has been given by the current valid occupants."
