/1305—जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 (1969 का 18) की धारा 30 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बिहार सरकार केन्द्र सरकार के अनुमोदन से बिहार जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियमावली, 1999 में संशोधन करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती है :-
(1) यह नियमावली बिहार जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली, 2025 कही जाएगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा।
(3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगा।
नियम 9 के उप नियम (1) में संशोधन-बिहार जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियमावली, 1999 के नियम 9
के उपनियम (1) में अंक एवं शब्द '' 20/- (बीस रुपये)'' के स्थान पर अंक एवं शब्द '' 2-(दो रुपये)'' प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।
नियम 9 के उप नियम (2) में संशोधन- बिहार जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियमावली, 1999 के नियम
(cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 3 िसत(cid:224)बर 2025 2 (i) अंक एवं शब्द '' 50/- (पचास रुपये)'' के स्थान पर अंक एवं शब्द '' 5/-(पाँच रुपये)'' प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।(ii) ''जिला रजिस्ट्रार या जिला सांख्यिकी पदाधिकारी ''शब्द के पश्चात्'' या मुख्य रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म और मृत्यु) द्वारा इस निमित्त प्राधिकृत किसी अन्य पदाधिकारी'' शब्द अन्तः स्थापित किये जाएंगे। . नियम 9 के उप नियम (3) में संशोधन- बिहार जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियमावली, 1999 के नियम 9 के उपनियम (3) में अंक एवं शब्द '' 100/- (एक सौ रुपये)'' के स्थान पर अंक एवं शब्द '' 10/-(दस रुपये)'' प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

No. ji.sa.- 05/2024/1305—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (18 of 1969) the State Government of Bihar with the approval of the Central Government, hereby frames the following rules to amend the Bihar Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999, namely :-
1. Short title, extent and commencements –
(1) These rules may be called the Bihar Registration of Births and Deaths (Second Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Bihar. (3) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment in sub-rule (1) of rule 9- In sub-rule (1) of rule 9 of the Bihar Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999, for the figures and words " Rs 20/- (Twenty rupees)" the figures and words "Rs 2/- (Two rupees)" shall be substituted.
3. Amendment in sub-rule (2) of rule 9- In sub-rule (2) of rule 9 of the Bihar Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999-
(i) for the figures and words " Rs 50/- (Fifty rupees)" the figures and words "Rs 5/- (Five rupees)" shall be substituted.
(ii) after the words "District Registrar or District Statistical Officer" the words "or any other officer authorized by the Chief Registrar (Births and Deaths) " shall be inserted.
4. Amendment in sub-rule (3) of rule 9- In sub-rule (3) of rule 9 of the Bihar Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999, for the figures and words " Rs 100/- (One Hundred rupees)" the figures and words "Rs 10/- (Ten rupees)" shall be substituted.
