एस॰ ओ॰ 153, (cid:464)दनांक 17 सितम्बर 2025—बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (बिहार अधिनियम- 12, 2017) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:7263)ए, तथा इस आशय से संतुष्ट होकर कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, बिहार राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिश पर, वाणिज्य - कर विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 8/2018-राज्य कर (दर) दिनांक 25, जनवरी, 2018 जिसे बिहार गजट असाधारण अंक संख्या 75, दिनांक 25, जनवरी, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, "अधिसूचना संख्या 1/2017- राज्य कर (दर) की अनुसूची IV" शब्दों,कोष्ठकों और अंकों के स्थान पर, "अधिसूचना संख्या 9/2025- राज्य कर (दर) की अनुसूची II या अनुसूची III" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा । 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 17 िसत(cid:224)बर 2025
एस॰ ओ॰ 153, दिनांक 17 सितम्बर 2025 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल केप्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

——— The 17th September 2025 Notification No. 12/2025- State Tax (Rate)
S.O. 153, Dated The 17th September 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department, Notification No. 8/2018- State Tax (Rate), dated the 25th January, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 75, dated the 25th January, 2018, namely:-
In the said notification, for the words, brackets, and figures "Schedule IV of Notification No. 1/2017 -State Tax (Rate)", the following shall be substituted, namely:- "Schedule II or Schedule III of Notification No. 9/2025 -State Tax (Rate)".
2. This notification shall come into force on the 22nd day of September, 2025.
