(ख) सीमा ु(cid:651) टै(cid:303)रफ अकधकनयम, 1975 (1975 ाि 51) ीि पहली अनुसूची ीि धारा और अ(cid:559)ाय र्नोट्स और पहली अनुसूची ेि सामा(cid:586) (cid:681)ा(cid:421)ा(cid:527)ि र्नोट्स सकहत (cid:681)ा(cid:421)ा ेि कनयम, जहां ति र्हो सेि , इस अकधसूचना ीि (cid:681)ा(cid:421)ा पर लागू हंगे;

एस॰ ओ॰ 155, दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2025 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

Explanation.— For the purposes of this notification,— (a) the expressions "tariff item", "sub-heading", "heading" and "Chapter" shall mean respectively a tariff item, sub-heading, heading and Chapter as specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975);
3 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 17 िसत(cid:224)बर 2025(b) the rules for the interpretation of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) including the Section and Chapter Notes and the General Explanatory Notes of the First Schedule shall, so far as may be, apply to the interpretation of this notification;
(c) the words and expressions used and not defined in this notification, but defined in the Bihar Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017) shall have the same meanings as assigned to them in those Acts.
2. This notification shall come into force on the 22nd September, 2025.
