अधिसूचना
एस0 ओ0 158, दिनांक 17 सितम्बर 2025--बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (बिहार अधिनियम-12, 2017) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बिहार राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिषों के आधार पर, एतद्वारा, वाणिज्य-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या-17/2017- राज्य-कर (दर) दिनांक 29 जून 2017 जिसे बिहार गजट असाधारण संख्या 560, दिनांक 29 जून 2017, द्वारा प्रकाषित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, यथाः-
1. उक्त अधिसूचना में, खंड (IV) के पष्चात निम्नलिखित खंड अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात-ः
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 17 िसत(cid:224)बर 2025एस॰ ओ॰ 158, दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2025 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

] The 17th September 2025 Notification No. 17/2025- State Tax (Rate)
S.O. 158, Date The 17th September 2025-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (5) of section 9 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department, Notification No. 17/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 560, dated the 29th June, 2017 , namely:-
In the said notification, after clause (iv), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(v) services by way of local delivery except where the person supplying such services through electronic commerce operator is liable for registration under sub section (1) of section 22 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017".
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 22nd day of September 2025.
