एस॰ ओ॰ 159, दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2025 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय। [ ] 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 17 िसत(cid:224)बर 2025 The 17th September 2025

S.O. 159, Dated The 17th September 2025-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Bihar Act 07, 2025), the Governor of Bihar, hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of clauses (ii) and (iii) of section 2, sections 3 to 5 and sections 7 to 15 of the said Act, shall come into force.
