सं॰ 09/नि0-19-04/2025-18791/सा0प्र0—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ।- (i) यह नियमावली

कही जा सकेगी।

(ii) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (iii) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी।

उक्त नियमावली के नियम-3 को निम्न रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया

जाता है।-

1.	आशुलिपिक	मूल कोटि	अराजपत्रित
2.	निजी सहायक	प्रथम प्रोन्नति स्तर	अराजपत्रित
3.	आप्त सचिव	द्वितीय प्रोन्नति स्तर	राजपत्रित
4.	प्रधान आप्त सचिव	तृतीय प्रोन्नति स्तर	राजपत्रित
5.	वरीय प्रधान आप्त सचिव	चतुर्थ प्रोन्नति स्तर	राजपत्रित

2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 4 अ(cid:200)तूबर 2025 (ii) संवर्ग के विभिन्न कोटि के पदों का स्वीकृत बल वही होगा जैसा समय-समय पर सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किया जाय। (iii) संवर्ग के विभिन्न कोटि के पदों का वेतनमान/वेतन स्तर वही होगा जैसा

समय-समय पर वित विभाग, बिहार सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किया जाय।''

सं॰ 09/नि0-19-04/2025-18792/सा0प्र0, अधिसूचना संख्या 18791 दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर 2025 का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌ द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड(3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उक्त अधिसूचना का प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा ——— The 4th October 2025

No.-09/NI-19-04/2025-18791/GAD—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article-309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar, hereby, makes the following Rules to amend the Bihar Secretariat Stenographer Service Rules, 2006 (as amended from time to time) in Government of Bihar-

1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement.-

(i) These Rules may be called as the "Bihar Secretariat Stenographer Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025".

(ii) It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar; (iii) It shall come into force at once.

2. Substitution of Rule-3 of Bihar Secretariat Stenographer Service Rules, 2006 (as amended from time to time)-Rule.-3 of the said rule shall be substituted as follows-

3.	Private Secretary	Second Promotional Level
4.	Principal Private Secretary	Third Promotional Level
5.	Senior Principal Private Secretary	Fourth Promotional Level

determined by the Government, from time to time.

(iii) Pay/Pay scale of the various category of the cadre shall be same as may be determined by the Finance Department, Government of Bihar, from time to time."
