———— vf/klwpuk 4 vDrwcj 2025 /10714@ —बिहार भवन उपविधि, 2014 (संशोधन, 2025) के उपविधि-88 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार भवन उपविधि, 2014 (संशोधन, 2025) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है :-
(i) यह उपविधि बिहार भवन उपविधि, 2014 (संशोधन, 2025) कही जा सकेगी। (ii) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने के तिथि से प्रभावी होगा।
बिहार भवन उपविधि, 2014 (संशोधन, 2025) के उपविधि-21 के अंत में एक परन्तुक निम्नवत् जोड़ा
जाता है :-
परन्तु यह कि इन क्षेत्रों में सरकारी भवनों के निर्माण पर ऊँचाई सम्बंधित प्रभावी प्रतिबंध को नगर कला और विरासत आयोग की अनुशंसा के आलोक में नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग द्वारा शिथिल किया जा सकेगा। बिहार भवन उपविधि, 2014 (संशोधन, 2025) के शेष प्रावधान यथावत प्रभावी रहेंगे।

No. UD&HD—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 88 of Bihar Building Byelaws 2014 (Amendment, 2025), the following amendments are made in Bihar Building Byelaws 2014 (Amendment, 2025):-
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement- (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 6 अ(cid:200)तूबर 2025 2 2. In Bihar Building Byelaws, 2014 (Amendment, 2025), Byelaw No.-21, following is substituted at the end:- "Provided that the effective height restriction on construction of government buildings in these areas may be relaxed by the Urban Development and Housing department in light of the recommendation of the Urban Art and Heritage Commission."
3. Rest provisions of Bihar Building Byelaws, 2014 (Amendment, 2025) shall remain as it is.
