सं॰ 11/न0वि0/गठन-04/2024 /न0वि0एवंआ0वि0—बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) (यथासंशोधित) की धारा 3 (1) (क), 4, 5, 6 एवं 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ निम्न विवरणी के कॉलम 3 के अन्तर्गत पड़नेवाले सिवान जिला के कॉलम 4 में वर्णित चौहद्दी के अन्तर्गत पड़नेवाले क्षेत्रों में, जिसका प्रारूप विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-1720 दिनांक-08.10.2024 द्वारा पूर्व प्रकाशित है, प्राप्त आपत्तियों पर सम्यक विचारोपरान्त नगर पंचायत, महाराजगंज क्षेत्र विस्तार का गठन करते हैं तथा उक्त अधिनियम के सुसंगत प्रावधानों को उक्त क्षेत्रों में लागू करते हैं :-

सं॰ 11/न0वि0/गठन-04/24 अधिसूचना संख्या- दिनांक- का निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। ——— The 6th March 2025

Vi./Gathan-04/24-524—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 (1) (a), 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Bihar Municipalities Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11, 2007) (as amended), the Governor of Bihar, after due consideration of the objections received, constitutes the extension of Nagar Panchayat, Maharajganj area, within the boundaries as mentioned in column 4 of Siwan district falling under column 3 for the purposes of the said Act, the draft of which has been previously published by the departmental notification number 1720 dated 08.10.2024 and applies the relevant provisions of the said Act in the said areas:-
