11/न0वि0/गठन-09/2025- —बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) की धारा 3 सह पठित धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल निम्नलिखित प्रारूप आदेश प्रकाषित करना चाहते हैं, जिससे प्रभावित हो सकने वाले व्यक्तियों के सूचनार्थ के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है और इसके द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से एक माह के भीतर विचार किया जायेगा। प्रारूप प्रकाशन की अवधि में संबंधित जिला पदाधिकारी/प्रण्डलीय आयुक्त के माध्यम से प्राप्त आपत्तियाँ/सुझावों पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 के अधीन विचार किया जायेगा। संख्या-11/न0वि0/गठन-09/2025/बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) की धारा-8 (ग) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल घोषित करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों को लागू करने तथा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्रशासनिक प्रावधान करने के क्षेत्रों में, जिनकी चौहद्दी, क्षेत्रफल एवं जनसंख्या नीचे दी गई है, नगर परिषद, दाउदनगर में शामिल होना घोषित करते हैंः-2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 6 अ(cid:200)तूबर 2025

सं॰ 11/न0वि0/गठन-09/2025 अधिसूचना संख्या- दिनांक- का निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

Vi./Gathan-09/2025-3060/UD&HD.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 4 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11, 2007) the Governor of Bihar desires to publish the following draft order, which is published for the information of the persons who are likely to be affected by it and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be considered within a month from the date of publication of this notification.
Objections/Suggestions received through the concerned District Magistrates/ Divisional Commissioner during the draft publication will be considered under section 5 of the said Act.
