No.-BSU (Statute)-25/2014-1866/GS(I)--The Hon'ble Chancellor, after due consideration of the amendments in the Statute for the appointment as Assistant Professor in the Universities of Bihar, 2020 prepared by the Statute Committee consisting of three Vice Chancellor viz. Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Vice Chancellor, Munger University, Munger and Vice Chancellor, Purnea University, Purnea, constituted vide Governor's Secretariat Notification No. BSU (Statute)-25/2014-261/GS(1), dated 03-02-2020, the opinion of the Vice-Chancellors of the concerned Universities and the opinion of the State Government submitted vide Education Department, Government of Bihar letter no. 15/ए 2-02/2016-1354 dated 18-08-2020 and letter no. 15/ए 2-02/2016-1390 dated 26-08-2020 and in exercise of powers vested in him under section- 36 (7) of the Bihar State Universities Act, 1976 and the Patna University Act, 1976 (as amended up-to-date), has been pleased to approve the enclosed amendments (in English & Hindi) in the Statute for the appointment as Assistant Professor in the Universities of Bihar, 2020.
The Notification issued earlier vide this Secretariat notification no. BSU (Statute)- 25/2014-1472/ GS (1) dated 10-08-2020 may be treated as amended to that extent.

| (यू0जी0सी0 'केयर' / SCOPUS) में प्रकाशित हुआ हो; (ङ) अभ्यर्थी ने वि0 अ0 आ0/आई सी एस एस आर/सी एस आई आर अथवा ऐसी किसी अन्य एजेंसी द्वारा प्रायोजित / वित्तपोषित/ सहायता प्राप्त सम्मेलनों/ विचार गोष्ठियों में अपने पी-एच0डी0 कार्यों के आधार पर कम से कम दो पत्रों को प्रस्तुत किया हो; इन शर्तों को पूरा करने को संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव अथवा संकाय अध्यक्ष (शैक्षणिक कार्य) द्वारा सत्यापित किया जाए। | (ड) अभ्यर्थी ने वि० अ० आ०/आई सी एस एस आर/सी एस आई आर अथवा ऐसी किसी अन्य एजेंसी द्वारा प्रायोजित / वित्तपोषित / सहायता प्राप्त सम्मेलनों / विचार गोष्ठियों में अपने पी-एच0डी0 कार्यों के आधार पर कम से कम दो पत्रों को प्रस्तुत किया हो; इन शर्तों को पूरा करने को संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव अथवा संकाय अध्यक्ष (शैक्षणिक कार्य) द्वारा सत्यापित किया जाए। परन्तु यह कि बिहार राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों में पी-एच0डी0 की उपाधि हेतु यू०जी०सी० (एम0 फिल0/ पी-एच0डी0 उपाधि प्राप्त करने के लिए न्यूनतम मानक व प्रक्रिया) विनियमन 2009 को राजभवन द्वारा नवम्बर, 2012 में अधिसूचित किया गया है तथा इसके पश्चात् विभिन्न तिथियों से विश्वविद्यालयो ं में लागू किया गया है। अतः राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों में 11.07.2009 से यू०जी०सी० रेगुलेशन 2009 के लागू होने की अवधि मे पी-एच0डी0 उपाधि हेतु ं पंजी—त एवं पी-एच0डी0 उपाधि प्राप्त अभ्यर्थी भी उपर क्रमांक (क) से (ङ) में वर्णित 5 शर्तों को पूरा करने एवं तत्संबंधी विश्वविद्यालय क े कुलसचिव अथवा संकायाध्यक्ष (शैक्षणिक कार्य) द्वारा इसके सत्यापन किये जाने की स्थिति में उन्हें नेट/स्लेट/सेट की अर्हता की अपेक्षा से छूट प्रदान की जाएगी। | ||
