सं॰ 4/F1-13/2023 श्र0सं0-5768--कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 19) की धारा-17 (1) (a) में प्रदत्त षक्तियोें का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार द्वारा मेसर्स रीगा षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड, सीतामढ़ी (पूर्व में बेलसंड षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड) कोड नं०-BR/MUZ/182 को विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-PF-1/32(5)/57-II दिनांक-06.06.1959 द्वारा कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि योजना, 1952 के प्रावधानों के लागू होने से विमुक्ति प्रदान की गई थी।
मेसर्स रीगा षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड, सीतामढ़ी (पूर्व में बेलसंड षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड) कोड नं०-BR/MUZ/182 को दी गई विमुक्ति को रद्द करने का प्रस्ताव exempted establishment committee के दिनांक-18.10.2022 को आयोजित 51वें बैठक एवं सेन्ट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रस्टिज ई०पी०एफ० के दिनांक-31.10.2022 एवं दिनांक-01.11.2022 को आयोजित बैठक में विचारित किया गया।
सेन्ट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रस्टिज ई०पी०एफ० की बैठक मे विचार करने पष्चात् मेसर्स रीगा षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड, सीतामढ़ी (पूर्व में बेलसंड षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड) कोड नं०-BR/MUZ/182 को दी गई विमुक्ति को रद्द करने का प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया।
सेन्ट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रस्टिज, ई०पी०एफ० द्वारा की गई अनुषंसा के आलोक में कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 19) की धारा-17 में (4) प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मेसर्स रीगा षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड, सीतामढ़ी (पूर्व में बेलसंड षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड)कोड नं०-BR/MUZ/182 को विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-PF-1/32(5)/57-II दिनांक- 06.06.1959 द्वारा अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के लागू होने से दी गई विमुक्ति को ओदष निर्गत होने के तिथि से रद्द किया गया जाता है।
विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-PF-1/32(5)/57-II दिनांक-06.06.1959 के रद्द होने के पष्चात् नियोक्ता/दखलकार, मेसर्स रीगा षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड, सीतामढ़ी (पूर्व में बेलसंड षुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड) कोड नं०-BR/MUZ/182 द्वारा सभी सांविधिक प्रावधानों का अनुपालन सुनिष्चित किया जायेगा। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 8 अ(cid:200)तूबर 2025 19th September 2025 No. 4/F1-13/2023 श्र0सं0-5768--By the powers conferred under Section 17(1)(a) of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (Act 19 of 1952), the State Government, had granted exemption to M/s Riga Sugar Company Limited, Sitamarhi (formerly known as Belsund Sugar Company Ltd.) Code No. BR/MUZ/182 vide departmental notification no. PF-1/32(5)/57-II dated 06-06-1959 from operation of the Employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1952 . A proposal to withdraw the exemption granted to M/s Riga Sugar Company Limited, Sitamarhi (formerly known as Belsund Sugar Company Ltd.) Code No. BR/MUZ/182 was discussed in the 51st meeting of the Exempted Establishment Committee held on 18-10-2022 and in the Central Board of Trustees, EPF meetings held on 31-10-2022 and 01-11-2022. After considering the matter in the meeting of the Central Board of Trustees, EPF, it was resolved to recommend the cancellation of exemption granted to M/s Riga Sugar Company Limited, Sitamarhi (formerly known as Belsund Sugar Company Ltd.) Code No. BR/MUZ/182. In the light of recommendations of the Central Board of Trustees, EPF, and exercising the powers conferred under Section 17(4) of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (Act 19 of 1952), the exemption granted to M/s Riga Sugar Company Limited, Sitamarhi (formerly known as Belsund Sugar Company Ltd.) Code No. BR/MUZ/182 vide departmental notification no. PF- 1/32(5)/57-II dated 06-06-1959 is hereby cancelled with effect from the date of publication of this order. After the cancellation of the departmental notification no. PF-1/32(5)/57-II dated 06-06-1959,the employer/Occupier, M/s Riga Sugar Company Limited, Sitamarhi (formerly known as Belsund Sugar Company Ltd.) Code No. BR/MUZ/182 shall ensure compliance with all statutory provisions.
