सं॰ एम॰-2-01/2025-29—बिहार विधान सभा आम निर्वाचन, 2025- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 60 के खंड (ग) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में बिहार विधान सभा आम निर्वाचन, 2025 में 85 वर्श से अधिक आयु के निर्वाचक और शारीरिक निःषक्तता (बैंचमार्क) वाले निर्वाचक, जिन्हें राज्य की निर्वाचक नामावलियों के डाटा बेस में पहले से ही चिन्हित/इंगित किया गया हो, और डाक मतपत्र द्वारा मतदान करने के लिए आवेदन करते हैं, से संबंधित निर्वाचन आयोग, नई दिल्ली की अधिसूचना संख्या-52/2025/एसडीआर/खंड-IIक दिनांक 07.10.2025 (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी प्रति मे)ं एवं सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा प्रमाणित कोविड-19 संदिग्ध या प्रभावित ऐसे व्यक्ति, जो डाक मतपत्र के द्वारा मतदान करने के लिए आवेदन करते है, से संबंधित भारत से संबंधित भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, नई दिल्ली की अधिसूचना संख्या- 52/2025/एसडीआर/खंड-IIक दिनांक 07.10.2025 (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी प्रति मे)ं सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित की जाती है।

सं0 52/2025/एसडीआर/खंड-।। क—लोक (cid:366)तिनिधि(cid:797)व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 60 के खंड(ग) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण म(cid:336) निवा(cid:330)चन आयोग एत(cid:542)् वारा विनिदि(cid:330)(cid:829)ट करता है कि 85 वष(cid:330) से अधिक आयु के निवा(cid:330)चक और शारी(cid:303)रक नि:श(cid:779)तता (ब(cid:336)चमाक(cid:330) ) वाले निवा(cid:330)चक, जि(cid:802)ह(cid:336) रा(cid:789)य की निवा(cid:330)चक नामावलियों के डाटा बेस म(cid:336) पहले से ही चि(िcid:741)त/इंगित किया गया हो, और जो डाक मतप(cid:361) (cid:554)ारा मतदान करने के लिए आवेदन करते ह(cid:339) और जो संबंधित (cid:303)रटनि(cid:333)ग अधिकारी (cid:554)ारा उसके अनुरोध के स(cid:797)यापन की शत(cid:330) के अधीन ह(cid:339), निवा(cid:330)चनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के भाग-।।।क के (cid:366)ावधानों के अनुसार, लोक (cid:366)तिनिधि(cid:533) अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 30 के अंतग(cid:330)त 10.10.2025 और 13.10.2025 को अधिसूचित होने वाले बिहार विधानसभा के व(cid:517)(cid:330)मान साधारण निवा(cid:330)चन और 7 रा(cid:475)ों के 8 विधानसभा निवा(cid:330)चन (cid:407)े(cid:361)ों (अनुल(cid:356)क-1 के अनुसार) के उप निवा(cid:330)चनों के लिए डाक मतप(cid:361) (cid:554)ारा मतदान करने के लिए (cid:⁶⁸1)(cid:304)(cid:3⁸⁹)यों की एक (cid:3⁷³)ेणी होंगे।

No. 52/2025/SDR/Vol. IIA.— In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of Section 60 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby specifies that the elector above the age of 85 years and elector with physical disability (benchmark) as already marked/flagged in the data base of the electoral rolls of the State and, who requests for voting by postal ballot paper and subject to the verification of his request by Returning Officer concerned, would be a class of persons to give his vote by postal ballot in the current general elections to the Legislative Assembly of Bihar and bye election in 8 Assembly Constituencies of 7 States (as perAnnexure-I) Scheduled to be notified on 10.10.2025 and 13.10.2025 under Section 30 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, as per the provisions in Part-IIIA of the Conduct of Election Rules, 1961.

No. 52/2025/SDR/Vol. IIA.— In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of Section 60 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby specifies that the Covid-19 suspect or affected person, certified by competent authority, who applies for voting by postal ballot paper, and subject to verification of their request by the Returning Officer concerned, would be a class of persons to give their vote by postal ballot in the current general elections to the Legislative Assemblies of Bihar and bye elections to 8 Assembly Constituencies of 7States (as per Annexure-I) scheduled to be notified on 10.10.2025 and 13.10.2025 under Section 30 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, as per the provisions in Part-IIIA of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, as amended vide Ministry of Law & Justice, Govt. of India, Notification SO No. 1964(E), dated 19th June, 2020 read with the directions and guidelines issued by the Election Commission on the subject.
