सं॰ 52/2025-एसडीआर/खण्ड-I--लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 60 के खंड (ग) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में और बिहार के शासकीय प्रषासन के साथ परामर्ष से मामले पर सम्यक विचार करने पर, निर्वाचन आयोग, एतद्दवारा निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के मौजूदा उपबंधों तथा आयोग के निदेषों और दिषानिर्देषों के अनुसार, बिहार विधानसभा के वर्त्तमान साधारण निर्वाचन, 2025 के अनुबंध-I (प्रति संलग्न) के अनुसार अनिवार्य सेवाओं में नियोजित व्यक्तियों को मतदान के दिन डयूटी पर होने पर डाक मतपत्र द्वारा मत देने के लिए व्यक्तियों के एक वर्ग के रूप में अधिसूचित करता है, उक्त निर्वाचनों का कार्यक्रम 10.10.2025 एवं 13.10.2025 को अधिसूचित किए जाने के लिए निर्धारित है।

No. 52/2025/SDR/VOL.I--In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of Section 60 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and on due consideration of the matter in consultation with the Government of Bihar, the Election Commission hereby notifies the persons employed in the essential services as mentioned in Annexure-I (copy enclosed) as a class of persons to give vote by postal ballot on being on duty on the day of poll in the current General Election to the Legislative Assembly of Bihar, 2025 as per the relevant provisions of existing the Conduct of Election Rules, 1961 and the Commission's directions and guidelines. The programme of the said election is scheduled to be notified on 10-10-2025 & 13-10-2025
