No. 9/C.B.I-80-02/2025-13748/ HP—In exercise of the powers conferred under section-6 of the Delhi Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to accord his consent to exercise of powers and jurisdiction to the whole of Bihar to the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment to investigate/supervise and inquire into the Economic Offences Police Station Case No. 17/2025, dated 30-07-2025, under Sections 318(4)/319(2)/ 336(3)/338/340(2)/61(2)/3(5) of BNS 2023, Sections 42(1)/42(2)/42(3)/42(6) of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 and Sections 66/66(C)/66(D)/72 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, which relates to concerning cybercrime, including conducting cyber fraud, illegally routing VOIP calls through SIM boxes, possessing fake SIM cards, forgery, and issuing SIM cards by preparing forged documents.
