No. X-02-2024 A.D. (Rules) 2805 (R)—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (2) of Article 229 of the Constitution of India, the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Patna makes the following amendment in the Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Recruitment, Appointment, Promotion and other Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2021.
1. Short title and commencement-
(i) These Rules shall be called the Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Recruitment, Appointment, Promotion and other 2 BIHAR GAZETTE (EXTRA) 18TH NOVEMBER 2025 2. In Part- IV, Rule- 6, Sub-rule (H)(13)(B), the entry at Sl. No. (d) of the column- 4 captioned "Minimum Qualification/ Eligibility Conditions/ Procedure for filling up the post", in respect of "Regular Mazdoor (Group- C)" By absorption from persons engaged on daily wages having due regard to seniority, amendment is made in the following manner:-
