सं॰ सं0का0-1/वि0मं0 (प्रोटेम स्पीकर) 01-05/2025-830/अधिसूचना संख्या-829 दिनांक-24.11.2025 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी में इसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 24 नव(cid:224)बर 2025 The 24th November 2025 No.-P.A.-01/V.M. (Protem Speaker)-01-05/2025-829—The following order of the Governor of Bihar dated the 24.11.2025 is hereby published for general information :

"In exercise of the Powers under Article 188 of the Constitution of India, I, Arif Mohammed Khan, Governor of Bihar, hereby appoint Shri Narendra Narayan Yadav a member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, to be the person, before whom every member, other than member, if any, who may have already made and subscribed the oath or affirmation before me, shall, before taking his/her seat, make and subscribe the oath or affirmation for 01.12.2025.
