IV M¹ —रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 की धारा-69 की उप-धारा-(1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निबंधन महानिरीक्षक उक्त धारा की उप-धारा (2) के अंतर्गत बिहार सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से बिहार दस्तावेज लेखक अनुज्ञप्ति नियमावली-1996 में संशोधन हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारम्भ-

(1) यह नियमावली बिहार दस्तावेज लेखक अनुज्ञप्ति (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2025 कहलाएगी। (2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह 13 मार्च 1997 से प्रभावी होगा और इस संशोधन नियमावली के नियम सभी लंबित मामलों पर लागू होंगे।

-उक्त नियमावली के नियम-22 के बाद नियम-23 निम्नवत अन्तःस्थापित की जायेगी :-

''23. निरसन-बिहार दस्तावेज लेखक अनुज्ञप्ति नियमावली, 1968 को एतद द्वारा निरसित किया जाता है। ऐसे निरसन होने के बावजूद भी इस नियमावली के अन्तर्गत किया गया कोई कार्य या कोई कार्रवाई वर्तमान नियमावली के तहत किया गया माना जायेगा।''

Sub- Section (1) of Section- 69 of the Registration Act, 1908, the Inspector General of Registration hereby makes the following rule to amend the The Bihar Deed Writers Licensing Rules, 1996 with the prior approval of the Government of Bihar under section (2) of said Section.

1. Short title, extent and commencement:-

(1) These rules may be called "The Bihar Deed Writers Licensing (Amendment) Rules 2025"

(2) It shall extend to the whole of State of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force from 13 March 1997 and the provision of this Amendment Rule shall apply to all pending cases.

2. Insertion of new rule 23 after rule 22 of The Bihar Deed Writers Licensing Rule 1996:- Rule 23 after rule 22 of the said shall be inserted as follows :-

"23. Repeal.-The Bihar Deed Writers Licensing Rules, 1968 is hereby repealed. Notwithstanding, such repeal, anything done or any action taken under this Rules will be deemed to have been made under the present Rules."
