(सं0 पटना 1805) पटना, मंगलवार, 23 (cid:464)दस(cid:224)बर 2025 x`g foHkkx ¼fo'ks"k 'kk[kk½ ———— vf/klwpuk 19 fnlEcj 2025 13122@lhŒ—गृह विभाग (विशेष शाखा) की अधिसूचना संख्या- एस॰ओ॰-10155, दिनांक-15.09.2025 के अनुक्रम में राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम-1980 (सं॰-65/1980) की धारा-3 की उपधारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि सभी जिला दण्डाधिकारी दिनांक-01.01.2026 से दिनांक- 31.03.2026 तक अगले तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए उपर्युक्त धारा की उपधारा-(2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग अपने क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में कर सकेंगे।
(cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 23 (cid:464)दस(cid:224)बर 2025 2 The 19th December 2025 No.-13122/C In continuation of Home (Special) Department, Notification No.-10155, dated-15.09.2025 in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of the section-3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No.-65/1980), the State Government has been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of Bihar shall exercise the powers conferred by sub section (2) of the said section within the local limits of their jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01.01.2026 to 31.03.2026.
