सं॰ 02/17-01/2025, परि0 348--मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (अधिनियम संख्या 59, 1988) की धारा 30 की उपधारा-(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल, बिहार मोटरगाड़ी नियमावली, 1992 के नियम-30 के उपनियम-1(iv) में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
(1) यह नियमावली बिहार मोटरगाड़ी (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2025 कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह अधिसूचना बिहार राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से 05 कार्य दिवस के पश्चात् प्रवृा होगी।
बिहार मोटरवाहन नियमावली, 1992 के नियम-30 के उपनियम-1(iv) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा
प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :-
''(iv) वह किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालय से आँठवीं कक्षा में उाीर्ण हो।''

2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 19 जनवर(cid:547) 2026 1.Short title, extent & commencement.-(1) These Rule may be called the Bihar Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Rules 2025. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) This notification shall come into force after 05 working days from the date of its publication in the Bihar Gazette.
2. Sub rule-1(iv) of rule-30 of Bihar Motor Vehicle Rules, 1992 shall be substituted by the following :-
'' (iv)- He/She must have passed the eighth class from a recognised school."
