एस0 ओ0 73, दिनांक 30 जनवरी 2026—बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (बिहार अधिनियम 12, 2017) की धारा 11 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बिहार राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, वाणिज्य-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या-26/2018-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 31 दिसंबर 2018, जिसे बिहार गजट असाधारण अंक संख्या 1213, दिनांक 31.12.2018, द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, स्पष्टीकरण में, खंड(ग) के लिए, निम्नलिखित खंड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 30 जनवर(cid:547) 2026एस॰ ओ॰ 73, दिनांक 30 जनवरी 2026 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

Notification No 18/2025- State Tax (Rate)
S.O. 73, Dated 30th January 2026— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (Bihar Act 12, 2017) , the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Commercial Tax Department notification No. 26/2018- State Tax Rate dated 31st December, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette Extraordinary, vide No. 1213 dated 31.12.2018, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Explanation, for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:—
"(c) "Nominated Agency" means entities mentioned in Lists 13, 14 and 15 appended to Table I of notification No. 45/2025- Customs, dated the 24th October, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (i);"
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of November, 2025.
