(सं0 पटना 190) पटना, मंगलवार, 10 फरवर(cid:547) 2026 dsUnzh; ijh{kk lfefr] jktLo i"kZn ———— vf/klwpuk 4 fnlEcj 2025 —कार्मिक एवं प्रशासनिक सुधार, विभाग (सम्प्रति सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, बिहार, पटना) की अधिसूचना संख्या-1883, दिनांक-10.10.1961 द्वारा गठित केन्द्रीय परीक्षा समिति को सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के अधिसूचना सं0-14393 दिनांक-15.11.2017 द्वारा विभिन्न विभागीय परीक्षा आयोजन हेतु दायित्व प्रदान किया गया है।

उक्त के आलोक में निर्गत राजस्व पर्षद के द्वारा केन्द्रीय परीक्षा समिति ने राजपत्रित/अराजपत्रित पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों की विभागीय परीक्षा हेतु नये पाठ्‌यक्रम एवं नई प्रणाली तय की थी।

उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रख्यापित होने के पश्चात्‌ कतिपय अन्य विभागों द्वारा अपनी सेवाओं को भी विभागीय परीक्षा की परिधि में लाने एवं सेवाओं के पाठ्‌यक्रम में नये विषयों को जोड़ने का अनुरोध किया गया।

उक्त आलोक में निम्नलिखित सेवाएँ विभागीय परीक्षा के निमित्त शामिल की जाती हैं। साथ ही सेवा संवर्ग

Bihar Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1994

Site authorization and Consent to Establish and Consent to operate From Pollution Control Board of Bihar. दिनांक-26.09.2024 को आहूत केन्द्रीय परीक्षा समिति, राजस्व पर्षद, बिहार, पटना की बैठक में लिये गये निर्णय के अनुसार सभी सेवा संवर्ग के लिए Ethics in Governance अनिवार्य किया गया। बिपार्ड, पटना के पत्रांक-1033 दिनांक-24.02.2025 द्वारा Ethics in Governance के प्रस्तावित पाठ्‌यक्रम पर सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के पत्रांक-6157 दिनांक-07.04.2025 द्वारा सहमति प्रदान की गई है।

केन्द्रीय परीक्षा समिति, राजस्व पर्षद, बिहार, पटना की में निहित्‌ द्वारा अधिसूचित Ethics in Governance दिनांक-01.04.2025 से प्रभावी है। दिनांक-21.04.2025 को आहूत केन्द्रीय परीक्षा समिति, राजस्व पर्षद, बिहार, पटना की बैठक में लिये गये निर्णय के अनुसार दिनांक-01.04.2025 से पूर्व ऑनलाईन विभागीय परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होनेवाले पदाधिकारियों/कर्मियों को Ethics in Governance में सम्मिलित होने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। पर्षदीय अधिसूचना अन्य सभी शर्तों उपरोक्त सभी सेवाओं पर भी लागू होगी। अधिसूचना पर सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग की सहमति प्राप्त है।
