-1926 —भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद, 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा बिहार यात्रा-भत्ता नियमावली, 1949 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
(1) यह नियमावली "बिहार यात्रा-भत्ता (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2026" कही जा सकेगी। (2) यह संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में प्रवृत्त होगी। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. बिहार यात्रा-भत्ता नियमावली, 1949 के नियम-69(1) के नोट-(vii) के बाद नोट-(viii) निम्नवत् जोड़ा जायेगाः- (viii)

No. 3A-3-Allowance(T.A.)-01/2010-1927/F.— In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to Article-309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make following Rule to amend The Bihar Travelling Allowance Rule, 1949:-
Bihar Travelling Allowance (Amendment) Rule, 2026
1. Short Title, extent and Commencement: –
(1) These rules may be called Bihar Travelling Allowance (Amendment) Rule, 2026
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force on date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. After Note (vii) of Rule-69(1) of the Bihar Travelling Allowance Rule, 1949 the following note (viii) shall be added :–
"(viii) During travelling abroad, for official work, daily allowance shall be admissible at the rate prescribed by the Ministry of External Affair, Government of India."
