Accordingly, this election petition has become infructuous and as such, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this election petition.
2. Permission is accorded. 3. The election petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
4. Let the office return the original documents, if any, to the respective custodians.
