2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that the election of Bihar Legislative Assembly is scheduled to be held on 06.11.2025 and 11.11.2025 and, therefore, the present election petition has become infructuous.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as submitted the matter has become infructuous, it is disposed of as such.
